Laserstream had been involved in the New Zealand profile cutting industry since the mid 1980s. We have an experienced team of operators, programming and service staff who have been working with laser and water jet technology for many years.
In 2009 Laserstream was acquired by HSM Engineering NZ Ltd. HSM have been involved in the cutting and fabrication market, specifically with a Plasma Cutter and a 30 ton punch. HSM has built up a high level of experience and expertise for more than 25 years in manufacturing tanks and silos for the dairy, wine and brewing, water treatment and chemical industries. The combined services of HSM and Laserstream allow both companies to offer a wider range of service and technology to their customers - a complete and cost effective manufacturing service from design and programming, precision cutting and punching, plus metal folding, powder coating and fabrication.
The directors of HSM Engineering Ltd and Laserstream Cutting are Craig Fraser and Stewart Shields.
