Laser Cutting
We have two laser cutting machines at Laserstream and recent capital expenditure has ensured that we continue to offer the latest technology and competitive service in the precision laser cutting market. Laser cutting is fast, versatile and cost efficient. It is ideal for one-off intricate detailed work or large quantity component manufacture. Whether laser cutting is the most cost efficient cutting process for your requirements depends on the material and its thickness. Please feel free to talk to us about your specific cutting requirements and we can recommend which of our range of cutting technologies are appropriate.
We accept CAD files by email or disk. We are also able to programme from your drawings or samples. Our auto nesting programme maximises efficient nesting of the components for efficient material usage. We are happy to provide a quote to include materials and finishing or the quote for cutting only.

- Large cutting bed - 1500 x 3000mm
- Size flexibility - our cutting bed allows us to cut up to almost 7m lengthways.
- High accuracy and fine detail - std tolerance of + or - 0.2mm
- Wide range of materials can be cut - stainless steels, carbon steels, aluminium, wood, composites, polycarbs etc
- Can cut up to 10mm thickness on stainless steel and 16mm on mild steel
- Economic for single units or large production runs.
- Clean cut components.
