Laser

We can process mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium up to 25mm thickness/

We can process your structural steel beams, columns and channels. Latest cutting-edge coping technology delivers a flawless solution that is fast and accurate with optimised capabilities for weld preparation.

Turret Punching

We can process mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium up to 3mm x 1220mm x 3600mm x 30T Press Capacity. This machine has a 58-tool station (4 Indexable).

Plate Rolling

WWe have several heavy plate rolling machines on site. Including the latest technology pinch rollers, which enable us to carry out a wide range of rolling tasks. Specialising in large cylinders and elliptical cones, we also offer sectional rolling, UB UC PFC FLAT BAR ANGLE RHS SHS.

Folding

With 2 press brakes up to 330 TN we can offer folding of all parts up to 4.2 meters.

Deburring

Our 'Timesaver' deburring/edge rounding machine is useful for removing sharp corners and burrs.
